Good Day to all! This is your campus news brief from Green Umbrella, for September 12, 2011.
We want to welcome everybody back to Columbia for the fall semester, and wish everyone luck getting settled. Green Umbrella is up and running, with a few updates for the umbrella.
All green group coordinators:
Check http://www.cugreenumbrella.com/about/ to ensure that your contact information is correct so we can keep up with all your initiatives during the year. Send us your stuff so we may share it with the Office of Environmental Stewardship as well.
There are some club opportunities to share that were recommended from organizations outside of the umbrella. They include a potential speaker on Orangutan conservation and a panel on population growth. If you’re interested in either of these, email us at CUgreenumbrella@gmail.com
